About Ocean Park Village Club

Improving the quality of life in our villages

Taking notes from the original Ocean Park Village Club (1932 through 1996), Village Club was created November 30, 2017 to once again find a group of “doers, not complainers”.

Residents from the north end of the Long Beach Peninsula: Ocean Park, Klipsan Beach, Nahcotta, Oysterville, Surfside and areas between, have come together to work for the benefit of the community.

Following a process that has been successful for almost 8 years, we find resolutions for community issues by: identifying the issue, finding the agency with responsibility and inviting them to a meeting to learn the challenges they face…then working together for resolution.

Village Club hosts town halls on subjects of importance to the community and hosts candidate forums when necessary.  These events are open to the public.  We meet when needed and keep in touch via newsletter and a closed group Facebook page.  Membership is free to those living in the five villages of the north end.  And yes, we are the daffodil people.
