Vesper services are held each Sunday during the summer and the church and\/or schoolhouse are available for weddings and a variety of community activities. Unbelievable peace and solitude are found here. <a href=\"https:\/\/opwa.com\/oysterville\/\">More Oysterville History<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oysterville Walking Tour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The village rests comfortably on the inland side of the Long Beach Peninsula, nestled on the bank of Willapa Bay (formerly called Shoalwater Bay) north of Ocean Park. The self-guided tour offers an interesting glimpse into the remnants of Ocean Park\u2019s past. <a href=\"https:\/\/opwa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/2017-OceanParkAreaWalkingTour.pdf\">Download Ocean Park Walking Tour Brochure<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Willapa Bay Interpretive Center<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Visit a replica of the residence of oystermen and their families. The Interpretive Center has a video and commands a beautiful view of Willapa Bay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oysterville Post Office<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Oysterville post office is the oldest in the state operating under the same name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oysterville Cemetery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chinook Indian Chief Nahcati is buried here along with many early settlers and sailors. For a history buff this is a fascinating place and it is also very quiet and peaceful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nahcotta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nahcotta<\/strong>\u00a0is an\u00a0unincorporated community\u00a0in\u00a0Pacific County, \u00a0Washington. It is located on\u00a0Willapa Bay, on the eastern coast of the\u00a0Long Beach Peninsula, within the\u00a0Ocean Park\u00a0CDP.
